Taught in person at Bishops Lydeard village hall, and on zoom. This term, the 10am class will be focussed on the ba duan jin set, (for experienced practitioners), or learn gentle qigong exercises in the class for complete beginners, which starts at 11am. In the beginners class we will cover the basic postures and movements of the Shibashi 18 Set 1. Complete beginners and more experienced practitioners welcome. First session is free, then £9 pay as you go, or £65 per term.
