Everyone is welcome. Classes are in person and on zoom. Please fill out the contact form, with your email address, for access to a zoom link. The term will run for 8 weeks. Complete beginners can attend the later Shibashi 18 beginners class which starts at the later time of 11am. The Shibashi 18 Set are the exercises we focus on most. To watch the Shibashi 18 Set 1 go to the Youtube section of this website. The classes run on a membership basis: £65 for 8 weeks, members are able to attend one or both classes for the same fee.
