Qigong classes in the new small hall, the advanced class begins at 10am, the beginners class at 11am. The beginners class is for complete beginners, and we will be focusing on the Shibashi Set 1 form. The advanced class is open to anyone who has some experience, and/or has learned the Shibashi Set 1 form. We focus on the Shibashi Set 2 and other postures, meditations and breathing. £65 for all 8 sessions, £9 pay as you go. Please get in touch via the contact form on this website for more information.
