8 weekly qigong classes will be taught at Bishops Lydeard Village Hall, from May 30th. The advanced class, for practitioners who have learned the Shibashi Set 1, will begin at 10am. The beginners class begins at 11am and is open to complete beginners, or experienced practitioners who wish to learn the Shibashi Set 1. £9 per session, or £65 for all 8 sessions.
